ELV Delivery Process

• Vehicle owner brings his/her vehicle to OtoKumbara ELV Collection Point.
• Authorized person of OtoKumbara fills up Write-down and Disposal Form and Parts Control List during delivery and has it certified by vehicle owner.
• Vehicle owner leaves his/her vehicle to OtoKumbara ELV Collection Point and goes to Traffic Registration Office together with the Write-down and Disposal Form.
• Officer of Traffic Registration cancels the registration of the vehicle and signs and seals the Write-down and Disposal Form .
• Traffic Registration Office keeps the pink copy of Write-down and Disposal Form.
• Vehicle owner keeps the white copy of Write-down and Disposal Form and leaves the blue and green copies of Write-down and Disposal Form to the Collection Point.
• The authorized person of OtoKumbara Logistics receives the ELVs from ELV Collection Point.
• ELVs are taken into recycling process by AnelDoğa Integrated Recycling Inc.
